1. How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Standard: 5 Days
  • Priority: 2 - 3 Business Days
  • Express: 1 - 2 Business Days
  • Parcel Post to Alaska and Hawaii: 7 Business Days
2. Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?
Yes, if these occur through a shipping route where duties and taxes are required by government, you are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees charged by said government.

 

3. Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, for any locations that are not placed within APR's destination selection list, please call +1 434 846 8822 for rates or email our international sales department at sales@atlanticprecision.net.

 

4. How can I check the status of my order?
  • Use the Track Your Order section of our site.
    1. Click the "Track Your Order" link above the top navbar on any web page. Then enter your customer number and bill-to zip code.
    2. Click submit.
    3. If your order states a "Shipped" status it has left APR's warehouse. You may trace the package(s) by utilizing the “Shipping” link under “Shipping/Tracking Information” (available for UPS and FedEx). Then simply click on the tracking number provided next to the listed carrier.
